Sales at Conversation24 is anything but your typical SaaS sales role. We concentrate on serving substantial clients with extended sales cycles, demanding sophisticated and innovative solutions. These solutions seamlessly integrate into the customer journey, empowering our clients to communicate more effectively with their target audiences.
As the inaugural sales representative for the Benelux market, you not only focus on your commercial targets but also the unique opportunity to shape and scale our commercial activities in the region.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the sales cycle with our largest prospects – from the prospecting stage to closing deals
- Become an expert in selling Conversation24’s pioneering solutions
- Collaborate closely with your regional partnership manager counterpart to pinpoint relevant partners.
- Represent Conversation24 at industry events across Europe, positioning the company as a pioneer in the conversational commerce space.
- You will chart a strategic commercial path for the Benelux market and provide the management team with guidance on effective commercial strategies.
- You have high levels of energy, love networking, connecting and thrive in hands-on environments.
- Systematically report progress, learnings, successful strategies, areas for improvement, and recommendations to ensure informed decision-making and continuous optimization.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, specializing in e-commerce and B2B SaaS with a focus on large enterprise customers
- Experience with performance marketing, customer journeys, customer experience and/or conversational commerce
- Proven commercial and communicative mindset
- You possess fluency in Dutch & English and, ideally, proficiency in additional languages both in written and verbal communication.
- A completed higher professional education or equivalent relevant working experience and proven sales track record
