To accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager who will focus on the DACH region.
In this role, you play a pivotal role in generating new business by cultivating and growing our network of partners and collaborations. Your sharp ability to recognise and articulate the unique value of strategic partnerships is a crucial asset. You possess the insight and acumen to bring in new partners while expertly nurturing our existing network.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading agencies and technology partners in the DACH region.
- Act as a bridge between partners, ensuring a smooth transition of leads to the sales team and maintaining ownership throughout the entire process lifecycle.
- Serve as a sparring partner for partners, fostering collaborative discussions and offering valuable expertise to enhance their initiatives.
- Represent Conversation24 at industry events across Europe, positioning the company as a pioneer in the conversational commerce space.
- Collaborate strategically with partners to design impactful Go-To-Market (GTM) opportunities, strengthening and expanding Conversation24’s market presence.
- Systematically report progress, learnings, successful strategies, areas for improvement, and recommendations to ensure informed decision-making and continuous optimization.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial role in e-commerce, B2B SaaS, and partnership management.
- A completed higher professional education
- Experience with performance marketing, customer journeys, customer experience and/or conversational commerce
- Proven commercial and communicative mindset
- You possess fluency in German & English and, ideally, proficiency in additional languages both in written and verbal communication.
- Affinity with the technical and compliance aspects of communication software solutions (CPaaS specific is considered a plus)
- You aspire to make a strategic impact and thrive on building connections to explore opportunities with others.
- Willingness to travel up to :20% of your time
